Experimenting with wax
I got a encaustic set a few years ago for my birthday but did not try it out until a few months ago. These are the results, this is definitely not my medium even though I had fun doing it. I have applied orange acrylic afterwards because I thought they looked so boring without it, probably cheating if you ask an encaustic artist :-)

I would love to know the process of encaustic. i have tried to learn but do not have the patience as I always end up diving right into the process without learning the steps. :-L
